Exchanging USDT and rubles for euros: questions and answers
Short answers to what people ask before an exchange: the rate, amounts, the meeting, USDT networks, rubles and transfers to an account. The bot shows the terms for your amount before you send the order.
Who runs the exchange and how to spot the real bot
Who runs the exchange?
Vega Exchange runs the exchange. The service has been operating since 2022 and takes orders in the Telegram bot, and a manager from the service brings the cash to the meeting. More about the service and the site is on the "About" page.
How can I be sure the bot is real?
The bot opens from the button on this site, so you don't need to look it up by name: Telegram has accounts with lookalike names. Everything about your order arrives in the chat with this bot: the confirmation, the payment details, the meeting place and the manager's message that they're on their way. Without an order, the service's staff don't contact you first, and the address or payment details for a transfer come only in a confirmed order.
Can I come to an office?
No, the exchange doesn't take place in an office. The manager meets the client in the city named in the order and doesn't go into apartments or buildings.
Who can help if something goes wrong?
Questions about an order are handled by support in the bot — the "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) chat. If the dispute stays unresolved there, the support section has a button labeled "Написать руководителю" (Write to the head).
Will I be asked for documents?
You may be. The service has the right to check an identity document and the details of the person sending the transfer. Without the document, the exchange is only possible with full prepayment.
USDT: networks and transfers
Which USDT networks are accepted?
The service accepts USDT on the TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON networks, and you choose the network in the order form. The USDT has to be sent on that network: a transfer on another one can get lost.
Who pays the network fee?
The sender pays it. From a personal wallet, it's charged in the network's native coin: TRX on TRC20, ETH on ERC20, BNB on BEP20 and TON itself on TON. Keep a little of that coin in your wallet, or the transfer won't go through.
When should I send USDT: in advance or at the meeting?
Whichever you pick in the form: it has the question "Перевод сейчас или при встрече?" (Transfer now or at the meeting?). For a large amount, the bot offers only the in-advance option. If you'd rather not show a document, only full prepayment remains. Either way, the deposit address only comes in a confirmed order.
Can I send USDT from an exchange account?
Yes, from an exchange account or from your own wallet. With an exchange account, you choose the network when you withdraw, and it has to match the network in the order.
What other coins are accepted?
USDT is the only cryptocurrency the service accepts — exchange any other coin for USDT yourself first, then place the order.
Can I buy USDT with cash?
Yes, it's the reverse of exchanging USDT for euros. You give the manager the cash euros at the meeting, and the USDT arrives in your wallet on the network named in the order.
Rate and fees
Where can I see the rate?
The bot shows the rate for your amount right in the order form, before you send it. Checking it commits you to nothing. Sending the order locks in the rate, and after that it no longer changes, including at the meeting. The whole process is laid out step by step on the "How the exchange works" page.
What does the rate depend on?
On the amount, the exchange method, when you pay, the payout day and your loyalty rating. The larger the exchange, the better the rate. Paying in advance and a next-day payout can also change it in your favor.
Is there a fee?
The order has no separate fee line: the service's margin is already included in the rate. For cash, the rate also covers delivery and checking the banknotes. The sender pays the network fee on a USDT transfer.
Can I wait for the rate I want?
Yes. You set your target rate in the bot, and a notification arrives when the rate reaches it.
What does the loyalty rating do for me?
The rating rises with every completed order, and the higher it is, the better the rate. Canceled orders and missed meetings lower it.
Rubles, dollars and euros to your account
How do I exchange rubles for euros?
Rubles are sent from a Russian bank card before the euros are paid out, and only to the payment details that arrive in the confirmed order. You can send them from Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen, another bank or via SBP, and cash rubles can be brought to the meeting. No crypto is needed — there's more on the ruble exchange page.
How do I get euros into my account?
By transfer via Wise, SEPA Instant, Revolut, regular SEPA or Paysera, and each system has its own rate. Another option: the manager deposits the cash euros for you at an ATM into your Spanish account — with CaixaBank, BBVA, Sabadell or Santander. This kind of deposit is paid for in advance and in full.
Can the service pay an invoice?
Yes. In exchange for your rubles or USDT, the service pays a euro invoice for tuition, rent or a purchase. The money goes straight to the recipient in the EU.
Does the service exchange cash dollars?
Yes, at a meeting with the manager. For dollars, you get cash euros, or the euros are paid into your Spanish account at an ATM.
Amounts and timing
What's the minimum amount?
The minimum depends on the city and on how you receive the euros. The bot shows it once you've picked the route and the city, before you send the order.
Can I exchange a large amount?
Yes, but a single order has an upper limit, and anything over it is exchanged in parts. Above a certain threshold, USDT is accepted only in advance. Rubles, on the other hand, are sent in several transfers, each to the payment details that arrive in your order in the bot.
When is the cash paid out?
The same day you place the order or the day after: you pick the payout day in the order form. The earlier the order is placed, the easier it is for the manager to arrive within the time window given in the order.
How long does a transfer to my account take?
It depends on the payment system: a SEPA Instant transfer arrives sooner than a regular SEPA one. The bot states the exact timing for your order.
The meeting and a change of plans
Where does the meeting take place?
The meeting is held in the city chosen in the order: Valencia, Gandia, Sagunto, Cullera or another city in Spain from the full list in the bot. You set the time window in the order and agree on the exact place and time via the "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) chat. The manager confirms them shortly before the meeting.
What happens at the meeting itself?
The manager waits by their car: it all happens outdoors, in a public place. You hand over or transfer what you're exchanging and get what you chose in the order.
What if my plans change?
Write to the operator right away in the chat "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). An order you've sent can be canceled, but your rating will go down. A missed meeting lowers it too, and if the rating drops to zero, access to the service is closed.
Terms first. Transfer second.
In the official bot you choose what to exchange, see the terms and only then send the order.
