How the exchange works: from order to money
The exchange runs through an order in the Telegram bot: you see the rate, send the order, the operator confirms it — and only then does any money move. You get the euros at a meeting or in your account.
What to prepare before placing an order
A USDT transfer starts with a wallet or an exchange account, and with the network you'll send the coins on: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. If your coins are in an exchange account, you pick the network when you withdraw them, and it must match the one in the order — coins sent on another network can be lost.
From a personal wallet, the sender pays the network fee in that network's native coin, such as TRX for TRC20, so keep some in the wallet. For rubles you'll need a Russian bank card; for a transfer, your euro account details; for an ATM deposit, a Spanish account. For a first exchange, the service advises a small amount.
The order in the bot, step by step
An order goes through eight steps, and you part with your money no earlier than the seventh, when the operator has already confirmed it.
-
The "Заявка" (Order) button
The Telegram bot opens from the button on the site, and the exchange starts with the "Заявка" (Order) button inside it.
-
What you give and what you get
You choose the currency and the payout method. For USDT the bot will ask right away which network you'll send the coins on, and for a ruble transfer, which bank it will come from.
-
City, day and time
The bot only works out the rate once you've given the city in Spain where you'll receive the money. For a meeting, you also mark the payout day there and the time window that suits you.
-
Amount and rate
Once you enter the amount, the rate shows right in the form, before the order is sent. For USDT, the form also asks "Перевод сейчас или при встрече?" (Transfer now or at the meeting?). If you don't like the rate, the bot can notify you when the rate reaches the level you want.
-
Sending locks in the rate
After you send the order, its rate no longer changes. You can cancel it, but cancelling lowers your loyalty rating in the bot, and the rate on your next orders depends on that rating.
-
The operator's confirmation
The operator processes the order and messages you if anything needs to be agreed on — the chat for this is "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). The payment details or the address for your transfer appear in the confirmed order.
-
Transfer to the details in the order
Money goes only to the payment details in the confirmed order. You send USDT right away or with the manager present, as you marked in the form, and for a large amount the bot only allows sending in advance. Rubles sent by transfer go before the euros are paid out; you hand over cash rubles at the meeting. Keep the transaction hash (TxID) or the receipt.
-
A meeting or a payment into an account
You agree on the meeting place with the operator, and the manager confirms it shortly before the meeting. The money changes hands in a public place, next to the manager's car. Transfers to an account, invoice payments for tuition or rent and ATM deposits need no meeting. For an ATM deposit, it's the manager who pays the euros into your Spanish account.
The button opens the bot: you create the order there yourself and send it only once the rate and terms suit you.
Open the Telegram botIf your plans change or something goes wrong
The operator handles order issues in a chat called "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). Write there if your plans have changed, a transfer is delayed or the manager hasn't turned up. Cancelling an order and not showing up for a meeting both lower your loyalty rating, so if anything changes, write before the meeting. If the operator hasn't resolved a dispute, the support section still offers a button: "Написать руководителю" (Write to the head). The USDT transaction hash or the ruble transfer receipt will help sort the case out.

Questions and answers
When will I have to send USDT in advance?
When the amount is large — above a certain threshold, the bot doesn't offer a transfer at the meeting. You can see this while filling out the order, before you send it, so it won't come as a surprise at the meeting.
Do I need documents for the exchange?
Sometimes, yes: the service is entitled to verify the identity of the client and of whoever sends the transfer. If you aren't ready to show a document, the exchange will only go ahead with full prepayment.
When should I place the order?
In advance. The service advises placing it as early as possible, so that the manager can be there within the time window you chose for the meeting.
What happens if I don't come to the meeting?
Not showing up lowers your loyalty rating, and if it drops to zero, the service will block your access. If your plans change, message the operator ahead of time in the "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) chat.
Terms first. Transfer second.
In the official bot you choose what to exchange, see the terms and only then send the order.
