How the site handles your data

You can't register on the site, it has no user accounts, and it doesn't ask for documents or payment details. Below is what technical data is still processed, why, and how to opt out.

What the site doesn't collect

The site has no registration, comments or user accounts. It doesn't ask for your name, phone number, documents, card details, bank details, wallet keys or cryptocurrency.

The form for picking a route and a city ("Exchange currency") works only in your browser — your choice in it isn't saved or sent anywhere.

The analytics system and cookies

The site uses a web analytics system that stores cookies in your browser. It collects information about visits: which pages were opened and for how long, and where visitors came from. It also sees the device and browser type, screen size, language, approximate IP-based location, clicks on the page and the links you follow, including the one to the bot.

This information is used for statistics: it shows which pages help readers and which ones need expanding. The provider of the analytics system processes it and decides how long it is kept, and its servers may be outside the EU. The site sets no other cookies.

To stop the analytics from recognizing your browser on later visits, block cookies for this site in your browser settings. Tracking protection or a tracker blocker usually turns off the data collection entirely. The site keeps working as usual.

Going to Telegram

Clicking the button opens Telegram. The site passes none of your data there: the link opens the official bot and carries only the site's tag, which lets the service see that you came from this site.

The order, contact details, payment details and documents you enter in the bot are processed by Vega Exchange and Telegram under their own rules. For Telegram, those rules are its privacy policy, and questions about data in the bot are handled by the service's support. The site neither receives nor stores this data.

Server logs

The site's pages are served by a hosting provider. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, browser details, the request time and the address of the page you opened, and writes them to server logs. The logs are needed to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and the site uses them for nothing else. The provider sets how long they are kept.

Your rights

To find out what data about you is processed, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to the processing, write to [email protected]. Emails to this address are kept for as long as needed to reply.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Who is responsible for the data

The owner of this site, Crypto Valencia (crypto-valencia.com), is responsible for its data. Questions about data go to [email protected], and everything else about the site is on the "About" page.

If the way data is processed changes, a new dated version will appear on this page. This version: September 19, 2026.
