Questions and answers
Can I check the rate without exchanging anything?
The bot shows the rate and the euro amount in the order form itself, before you send it. That commits you to nothing. If the rate doesn't suit you, you can set an alert in the bot, and it will tell you when the rate reaches the level you need. It's better not to cancel an order you've already sent, because a cancellation lowers your loyalty rating, which the rate depends on.

How long does it take to get cash euros?
Cash comes the same day as the order or the day after. You choose the day yourself, and the rate depends on it. Can I withdraw USDT straight from my exchange account?
